Cook noodles according to the package.

In a food processor, blend Parmesan cheese, oil, garlic, and basil until pureed.

Set pesto in the fridge to chill and allow the flavors to come together.

Once pasta is cooked, rinse with cold water to chill noodles.

Add your cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, and pesto mix thoroughly.

Garnish with extra basil leaves before serving.
