Add BBQ sauce and mix until chicken is covered.
Remove potatoes from the oven and top with chicken mixture, place potatoes back into the oven and cook until potatoes is tender, about 10 minutes. To help with clean up you can place a piece of foil under the potatoes.
Top with cheddar cheese and allow to cook for 3-5 more minutes, remove from oven and allow a few moments to cool.
Top with sour cream and green onions.
Serve warm and enjoy!
