3 Ingredient Homemade Snack Bars

nuts
almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans or a mix

cup
pitted medjool dates

cup
other dried fruit
cranberries, cherries, raisins, figs or your favorite

Pinch
of sea salt

Prepare an 8 in baking dish lining it with parchment paper.

In a food processor pulse the nuts until they formed large crumbs.

While the food processor is on add the dates and other dried fruit.

Process until you have a mixture that sticks together when you press it between your fingers about 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan pressing it firmly to the bottom.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before cutting into bars.

Store the bars in the refrigerator for up to a few weeks or in the freezer for a few months.
After cutting you can individually wrap them in plastic wrap and bring them with you!
