Herb Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 16 oz salmon
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, the piece needs to be large enough to create a pouch for the fish. Place the salmon on the prepared pan.
  3. Combine the herbs together in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the salmon with herbs evenly coating.
  5. Sprinkle the juice of half of the lemon over the fish.
  6. Fold the parchment/foil over sealing the edge by folding it over.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
  8. Top with the remaining lemon juice.
