Preheat oven to 400ºF

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, the piece needs to be large enough to create a pouch for the fish. Place the salmon on the prepared pan.

Combine the herbs together in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the salmon with herbs evenly coating.

Sprinkle the juice of half of the lemon over the fish.

Fold the parchment/foil over sealing the edge by folding it over.

Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.

Top with the remaining lemon juice.
