Preheat oven to 400° F
Line a baking sheet with foil and add a baking rack.
Remove the tops and slice the peppers lengthwise and clean out the seeds. I recommend using plastic gloves while doing the jalapenos because the acids will stay on your hands.
Fill each pepper with cream cheese.
Cut the Bacon in half and use 1/2 to wrap each filled pepper.
Place the peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
