Salmon is a great fatty fish that is packed with nutrients and great healthy fats. These are great for lowering inflammation throughout the body and helping with joint pain. It can be an intimidating dinner to make but it doesn’t have to be! This is a super easy dinner that comes together faster then you can cook the rice to go on the side.

Quick and Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet at least half pound with skin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- a lemon wedge
- 1 stalk scallion chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.

Lined a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the salmon fillet on top.

Rub salt, black pepper onto the salmon fillet and then coat with teriyaki sauce covering the whole fish.

Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Transfer the salmon onto a plate, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with freshly chopped scallion to serve.
