Ingredients

  • 2 C Asparagus about a bundle
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Trim the bottoms off the asparagus (More for those who are new to eating asparagus), and place in a shallow baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus followed by the Parmesan and garlic salt. Lightly toss and place in oven.
  4. Bake for 7-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the stalk.
