Here is a great dessert that looks fancy, is not the hard to make and also full of nutrients from the fresh fruit.

Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
For the filling:
- 5-7 C fruit ex: berries, apples, peaches cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 to 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 TBS cornstarch
For the crumble topping:
- 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C instant oatmeal any flavor you choose
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons (4 ounceunsalted butter melted
Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Prepare the fruit filling: In a large bowl combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch

Pour the fruit filling into the baking dish.

Prepare the crumble topping: Using a fork combine the dry ingredients. Add butter and mix until a thick paste forms.

Using a spoon scatter the crumble over the fruit until it is evenly covered.

Bake the crumble for 30 to 35 minutes until the fruit juices are bubbling around the edges of the pan and the topping is firm to the touch.

Allow the crumble to cool for 15-30 minutes.
