Ingredients

  • ½ C plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped plus extra for garnish
  • 1 med English cucumber diced
  • 4 oz smoked salmon cut into 24 pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, capers and chopped dill.
  2. Add cucumber and salmon and mix well.
  3. You can serve this with pita, chips, crackers or vegetable.
