Guacamole is a delicious and healthy snack, but too often we reach for a packet to add to our beautiful and fresh avocado. No more! Here is a simple recipe for guacamole!
Fresh Guacamole
Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
Pico de gallo:
- 1/4 sm onion finely diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sm Roma tomato diced
- 4 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
- 1 medium jalapano finely diced
- Juice of 1 lime
Guacamole:
- 2 ripe avocados mashed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
To make the Pico de gallo:

Mix together onion, tomatoes, cilantro, galric, jalapeno pepper and half of lime juice in small bowl. Set aside.
To make the Guacamole:

In another small bowl, combine the remaining lime juice and avocados. Salt to taste.

Stir in half of the pico de gallo into the avocado mixture until thoroughly combined.

Top with remaining pico and serve.
