Trends and fad diets say they have all the answers and tomorrow there will be another one. As you plan your diet, sometimes you just want a straight answer without all the hoopla. Sometimes you want an answer on the spot and one that you know is accurate without sifting through a million results.
As your nutrition consultant, I can answer your questions and provide guidance when needed. I can answer questions that are simple, like what is the difference between a sweet potato and a yam; or more complex like what is the difference in glycemic index between yogurt and Greek yogurt. Through text messaging, and email you can have the answers to your nutritional questions. This monthly service gives you access to the accurate specific answers you want.

Menu Members
Planning out what you are going to eat throughout the week can not only save you money, but can also help you to eat better. That meal plan would be even better if it was tailored to your dietary needs and preferences and also came with a grocery list. That is exactly what I offer.
As a Menu Member, every month you will receive four weekly menus which include snacks and three meals for six days, and a grocery list. The menu will be geared towards your family’s needs and preferences and designed to assist you in reaching your wellness goals.

Many chronic diseases are more than manageable with diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Let’s take a walk through the grocery store. I will show you ways to save money, eat healthier, explain what labels really mean and show you the hidden secrets in the ingredients so you get what you think you are paying for. We will talk about tricks of the trade from both the grocery stores and the producers so you can shop wiser. We will also discuss nutrition and talk about where you will get the most bang for your buck when it comes to buying quality food. Finally, I will be your personal consultant for a shopping trip and can answer any question you have about your food choices or nutrition in general.
Diet and Activity Analysis
Together we will take a critical look into your diet and lifestyle and provide a clear and accurate picture of your overall health. Using a diet journal and a frequency chart, I will provide a detailed nutrient intake report. With an activity log, I will calculate the number of calories you are expending. Finally we will look at your energy scale and see if what you are doing is aligned with your goals.
Recipe Adjustments
We all have our favorite foods, those ones we just can’t give up. Often times they are not on the list of healthiest foods, especially when many of us are suffering from chronic ailments like heart disease and diabetes. Bring me your favorite recipes and a sample and I will alter them so they are healthier without sacrificing the flavor.
