Tacos are one of those dinners that can make everyone happy! Here is a twist to traditional tacos that is easy and tasty ready for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef browned, drained (you can substitute Turkey or chicken)
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes drained
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • crushed red pepper flakes to taste optional
  • 8 sm flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 sm Tomatoes Diced
  • Green onions chopped
  • Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine meat, diced tomatoes, and refried beans
  3. Fold flour tortillas into muffin tins
  4. Add meat mixture to tortillas
  5. Add cheese to top
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until shells are crispy and browned
  7. Top with lettuce and serve,
