Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned, drained (you can substitute Turkey or chicken)
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes drained
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste optional
- 8 sm flour tortillas
- 4 oz cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 sm Tomatoes Diced
- Green onions chopped
- Fresh Cilantro chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine meat, diced tomatoes, and refried beans

Fold flour tortillas into muffin tins

Add meat mixture to tortillas
