Programs are designed to help you reach specific goals.  These include 30 day, 90 day, and 6 months.  Each program includes an intake meeting, a consultation meeting and bi-weekly follow up appointments for the length of the program​.

30 Days

These are short term goals that are specific.  They include but are by no means limited to: learning basic cooking skills, starting a new workout routine, parenting coaching, and other services.

3-6 Month 

Most goals take longer than a month to achieve.  Weight changes, lifestyle changes, and better understanding yourself are all processes that takes time and support.  Together we will decide an appropriate deadline for your goals and I will support you in achieving them.

As a holistic coach, I offer a wide range of supportive services – from parenting coaching to nutrition consultant, and chronic disease support.  Services are offered through coaching sessions or through programs. These can be in person, over the phone, or online.
