Bring a friend and learn something new!

Hosted at various locations I offer group classes on a variety of  nutrition and holistic wellness topics. These are informal lessons,  designed to teach you about nutrition and wellness so you can make the changes that fit your lifestyle.  Class topics include but are by no means limited to diet basics, stress management, exercise, the truth about foods, and cooking starting with the basics.  For $10 and about an hour or two and you can learn the information and techniques empowering you to make the right changes.

You can also schedule a group class and I will come to you.  Choose your topic, gather your friends, and learn something new to improve your wellness.
