This sweet and salty granola bar is simple to make and so much healthier then any prepackaged granola bar you buy. They keep well in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week, and you can wrap them in parchment paper to take them with you on the go!

5 Ingredient No-Bake Pretzel Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or bread pan with parchment paper
  2. Place honey and peanut butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat until slightly warm and mixed well
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Stir in honey mixture and mix well
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan
  6. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and press down mixture until firmly packed
  7. Place mixture in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set and cut into bars
