Ingredients

  • 2 pear cored and diced
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 C oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 C plain yogurt
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately
