This easy to make roasted cauliflower dish has that delicious smokey flavor from the paprika, a little crunch, and a healthy addition to any dinner.
Smokey Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Cut off the lower part of the stem and leaves from the cauliflower.

Cut the head of cauliflower into quarters, and then each piece into quarters again creating little florets.

Rinse the florets and shake them dry.

Place the cauliflower in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle the cauliflower with spices and toss to coat the florets evenly.

Poor the cauliflower onto the baking sheet spreading it out evenly. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and let the cauliflower roast for 10 minutes taking out to mix and then return to oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown.
