We’ve all had deviled eggs, probably 100’s of times. Time to change it up and add a super food to these very traditional appetizers. With just a few easy additions you can make bring some zing and spice up a classic
Deviled Eggs with a Guacamole Kick!

Ingredients
- 8 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 large avocado
- 2 – 3 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 small red onion minced
- 1 Tbs jalapeno minced
- 1 Tbs fresh cilantro chopped
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs diced tomato
- chili powder for dusting
Instructions

Peel the cooled hard boiled eggs.

Cut the eggs in half horizontally, and set the yolks aside.

In a bowl, mash the avocado and add the lime juice

Add half of the egg yolks and mix completely.

Add the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and pepper and mix completely.

Gently add the tomato.

Spoon the avocado mixture into the halved eggs, filling them generously.

Sprinkle with a little chili powder Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can use a frosting bag for the filling and make them look even better. Just make sure to pick the largest frosting tip!
