Ingredients

  • 10 small apples
  • 6 oz package French style creamy goat cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 C Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Slice apple and remove core creating apple disks.  

  2. Spread the cheese over each apple slice and top with almonds, and cranberries.
  3. Place on a serving plate and drizzle with honey.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you are not serving them immediately toss the apples with lemon juice to retain their color.
