After Thanksgiving lunches do not have to be all sandwhiches, soup and cold turkey. This Turkey Salad is great just as is, served over mixed greens or on toast, or made into a delicious wrap.
Turkey Salad
light, easy, and great for the go
Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped turkey breast
- 1/4 cup chopped apple
- 1/4 cup grapes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
- 2 to 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Combine mayo, yogurt, salt and pepper, mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
